Paper to digital, Document Scanning Made Easy.
Spectrum Information Services‘ core competency is document scanning. SIS converts data, documents, and images from one format or medium to another. Paper files, microfilm, and microfiche can be digitized to create image files. These files will be compatible with all platforms. We also output files to paper, film or whatever the specific requirements of the application are. These services can be provided at SIS document capture centers or at customer sites, regardless of the project size and scope of work. SIS uses state-of-the-art VRS technology that reduces image size without compression and cleans up images with no “black out” created. Additionally, rather than using infrared, our scanners use ultrasonic detection to prevent the occurrence of misfeeds. The new UD has the ability to detect the air pockets between sheets of paper and shuts down equipment should it sense any.
