After successfully marketing a wide array of document management solutions for First Image and NCR, Curtis P. Pilon made the decision to develop a “customer centric” provider of document scanning and storage services. With his vision for paperless office efficiency looming just around the corner for small to medium sized business, governmental, healthcare and legal organizations, Mr. Pilon founded Spectrum Information Services (a.k.a. SIS ) in June of 1991.

Focused on developing service excellence via best practice coupled with implementing “state of the art” scan technologies, SIS has become a National First Tier document imaging and scanning company now servicing literally 1,000’s of clients both direct and through their premier partner network.  Under his direction, Spectrum Information Services has expanded their service offerings beyond document scanning

Angie Coronado - Operations an client relations - Spectrum Information Services

Angie Coronado
Client Relations | Operations

Angie Coronado joined Spectrum Information Services in 2014 as Director of Client Relations and Operations to oversee the day to day operations of our California, Florida and Chicago facilities as well as management of existing client and partner relationships.  Ms. Coronado has an extensive background in Relationship Management, Business Development & Strategies and Sales in the Document Management, Storage, Scanning  and Data Conversion industry.  

With over 17 years of experience, Angie is well known for delivering high quality service, exceeding client expectations and relationship growth.  From an Operations perspective, her primary goal is to ensure process efficiency, streamlined production workflows and overall production profitability.  As the Client Relations Director, she ensures effective and timely client communications, oversees the Project Management for new client and project implementations and serves as the primary contact for partner relationships.  

Most recently, Angie served as an Account Management Consultant for Spectrum Partner, Transactis, with a focus on relationship management and growth for a client portfolio totaling $4.0M.  Prior to that she was the Project/Finance Manager for SourceHOV, serving a variety of responsibilities throughout her tenure, including Finance & Accounting, Project Management, HR and Customer Service.


Joyce Sakalis

Controller

Joyce Sakalis joined the Spectrum Information Services Team in 2009 as Controller.  In this role, she is responsible for Spectrum Information Services financial reporting, analysis, and corporate accounting.  In addition, she provides support to sales and operations. Joyce brings more than 25 years experience in Business Administration field in the Document Management Industry.  In her previous position as National Business Manager, for a major US Document Management Company she supported and worked closely with Sales and Operations, including Senior Management.  In this senior role she was responsible for all financial reporting to the corporate office and created business processes to assist the National Sales Team, increasing sales by 22% over previous year. Joyce attended both HarborCollege and CerritosCollege where she specialized in Accounting, and is a certified Salesforce.com Administrator.

Mariana Hernandez

HR Director

Mariana Hernandez joined Spectrum information Services in 2002.  Mariana has over eight years experience in the Document Management industry and specializes in the Human Resources field.  Mariana manages all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations; including recruitment, background checks and requisite pre-screening requirements for all SIS locations world-wide.    Mariana also manages Payroll and Benefits Administration, as well as ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines 

 

Jen Stach

Office Manager | Executive Assistant

Ms. Stach joined Spectrum Information in 2013 as Assistant to the President/CEO, Curtis Pilon. She has proven herself to be highly capable in managing multiple tasks and roles and has since been promoted to office manger as well, overseeing daily office operations. This includes scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, conference calls, assisting with visitors, maintaining office supply inventory and general inquiries, as well as effectively managing high demands of assisting the executive team.

Jose Avalos

Operations Manager

Jose joined Spectrum Information Services in 2003 as a prepper maintaining the integrity of our client’s documents while getting them ready for scan. His great work ethic and attention to detail were recognized by his department managers and he quickly advanced in the scanning department where he became a QC specialist and later on a lead supervisor for special projects overseeing 20 employees. Jose currently works as an offsite supervisor for our Florida operations and deals with workflow implementation, account management, and employee management.

 

Saul Abarea

IT Support

Saul joined Spectrum Information Services in 2004 as a part of our production staff. His great work ethic and excellent troubleshooting skills were recognized and he quickly advanced through our production processes and eventually was moved into our Support department. Saul now helps create production workflows for new clients, configures Kofax Capture job setups, is a major part of the post processing workflow and also helps maintain the SIS Web document portal product that customers utilize for image storage & retrieval.

Marco Arrecis

IT Support

Marco Joined Spectrum Information Services in 2015 as a Part of our IT Support Staff. Marco has over 12 years of experience in the Document Management industry as a Production Manager Overseeing daily operations, working and dealing with workflow implementations, Special account management and employee management. Marco has over 6 years of experience as a technical assistant providing support and maintenance for onsite work equipment, service contracts and inventory counts. Marco now provides support in the production workflow for clients, is a major part of the post processing workflow and provides inventory control and maintenance.

Ashley Tousignant

Director of Marketing

Ms Tousignant joined Spectrum Information Services in 2014 as the Marketing Director. She graduated from Concordia University, Irvine with a BA degree in Communications with an emphasis in mass media studies. Her areas of expertise are in journalism, marketing, and public relations. Ashley is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of Spectrum. Along with managing all the marketing aspects, she has also taken on a key role in implementation for the Augmented Reality Technology division.
